since returning from 5 months in europe i feel more american than ever. i've gone from a state of near timelessness to a job filling holes in a calendar. my days & hours are numb- ered—i track them like an accountant. mobile phone has replaced digital camera as pocket technology i most often reach for. my days are divided between booking and editing with little time left over for this. for me, busy-ness was always something to be avoided, but now that i'm going full-bore I like it.... |
