| I'm trying to defy my own expectations. Coming back from Maui I expected others to ask me how big a let-down it must be, and to some extent, in that Seattle way, that's how it's been. Everyone assumes I miss it. I don't.* Only because I've been too busy chasing that Yankee dollar. I like it. I enjoy my work and am constantly learning from it. Sure, sometimes I wonder if it's just a potent combo of fluoridated water, microwaves, and other unseen mind control tactics that have at long last caused me to embrace chasing the American Dream of financial security, but whatever it is, I'm doing it and feeling healthy. p.s. Don't textwalk through intersections. #textwalk *except for great friends |
