I Saw the Light

It's been a long dark winter, politically and climatologically.
Hard to believe how much lighter the political mood was less than a year ago. Remember optimism? Seems so long ago now.

Had a job fall through and spent a couple of dark days in bed. Felt like the flu but maybe just depressed or in need of deep rest. Took a page from cat playbook and slept 18 hours a day. Great!

The sun's come out and I can feel this town rubbing its eyes.
Hibernation is over, time to get back in the fight!
