will and jesse came out to tahuya today.
beautiful weather and we drifted
through it free and easy as a breeze,
no plan and nothing to accomplish,
lounged talking in wide ranging
conversation, walked about the
tide
flat, carefully sidestepping
oysters
and barnacle
encrusted
rocks, just grooving to all the
patterns
and textures
that we
felt ourselves a part of, mere
nodes in a universal
consciousness where
perception is the root
of what we call real.
for instance, you can
change the meaning of
this picture by switching
foreground and background
with a conscious shift of
your attention, turning the
piling
into a river bed
and back again.
