Spent the day in a
most pleasant way: sitting at
Fremont Sunday
Market with
Jesse and
Will.
I brought a bag of
silkscreened
shirts but didn't sell any. People said it was exceptionally slow,
probably because Folk Life was happening,
but it still seemed to go by too fast for me. The big
excitement was a booth of radio station vinyl which had been dumped on a
sidewalk in New York
when the switch to digital was underway.
45s were 50 cents and I ended up
spending $35. Many
asked about these nesting
Corningware
bowls of Will's but when he said $40 (a steal) most just
walked away. Until one smart cookie offered $35 and got 'em that way. One
loses, another gains. |
