| Miso couldn't figure out the
screen cat door so we taped cardboard over it; she had trouble dealing with an obstacle she could touch but not see. She surprised us all by bursting in with a barely alive mouse. We hoped she would kill it quickly. (We've been hearing her munching the bones of geckos so we know she knows how to kill and what to do with the body.) She gave us a quizzical look when we greeted her offering with bemusement. She wanted us to eat it but once she saw we wouldn't she snatched it up and slipped out the catflap quick to go do who knows what outside. |
