In 2003
I had a
poem on the bus. It was
printed and hung in the space above the
seats typically occupied by ads. This one
won't be printed, but I suppose you can still
read it in transit on a device. I wrote it in
response to a call last year while living on
Maui. At the time I
had no idea when I
might see the inside of a city bus again.
But here it is, and here I am--back in
Seattle, round and round again.
