is it just me or do these black
lines look not exactly parallel?
that was today's carpentry
challenge: cutting a big hole
in the side of a building to
accept a salvaged window in
an awkward spot, high up in
the eaves; had to balance on a
couple of ladders and a beam,
circ and recip saws dusting my
face. i scribed both lines with a
level, but even so i couldn't
believe it. try it yourself!
hold a ruler to the screen;
you'll see! and you won't
even have to get dusty...
