I like living in a co-op. People just seem more
neighborly and it's as simple as having monthly
meetings or pausing for conversation in any one
of numerous common areas in this former hotel.
None embody community spirit more than Amy
and Martha, who go out of their way to share,
gladdening the halls and leaving small gifts
and thank-you notes in recognition of essential
workers. They went above and beyond to spread
a little Halloween cheer with this distanced treat
chute. The bone motif spoke to me as my early
birthday gift for Sarah this year is a
skeleton
found in the wall of a remodel I just started.
