Yesterday, we got as far as
getting these posts half-set
but there was still a lot of
concrete to pour and today
it was just me and Sarah on
the job. But we muscled
through, topped off all the
post holes and I built out
the framing, first the seat
supports and bracing, then
bench slats, and finally the
perlins for the phragmites.





My work here was done
for now and I looked
forward to having the rest
of the week off to... rest.
