our co-op strives to be an autonomous collective, so we do what we can to not outsource maintenance.
kevin, charlie, and i were volunteered to inspect all 33 units over two evenings. i learned most Gables
residents lead elegantly tidy lives compared to our idiosyncratic clutter and there was some very good
taste on display, but the highlight was finally meeting our upstairs neighbor's kitties who we've known
only through the pitter patter of their paws on the hardwood floor above our bedroom. they are cute!
