seattle is clawing some small gains and minor concessions through steady presence of protest:
curfew lifted (should never have been imposed), cops stepping back (but still present on alert),
and a 30-day moratorium on the use of teargas (the geneva protocol has no such term limit).
this isn't enough, but the momentum is in our favor and we will continue to increase the pressure.
