matt and i were the only ones to show up at weekly jam but it was too hot for WOMBAT so we posse'd up with steev and rolled to golden gardens where hisham had organized a little picnic. the beach is one of those rare places where everyone seems relaxed, unguarded, and content. life simplified to its barest elements--sand, saltwater, sun, and a circle of friends.
