Jed showed me how to make quesadillas--the secret is to lightly fry the tortilla then flip it so it will be greasy on the inside, then add butter-sauteed onions, mild green taco sauce, and fold it over when the cheddar cheese starts to melt. On the way to Jeff and Michelle's green corrugated porch we saw this tomato sauce on the sidewalk and hours later at 4 a.m. when I walked home alone long after all the other guests had gone I saw the sauce or whatever it was and continued up the hill home. |
